Whisky + Fortified + Cheese

Join us at and Joel (brand ambassador for Morris Rutherglen Whisky) guiding us through the production and flavours.

Start with a highball on arrival, then enjoy three paired courses of whisky and fortified paired with cheese showcasing the Muscat, Sherry and Tokay barrel influences. Each pairing is designed to highlight the rich, layered character of the whisky alongside carefully selected cheeses.

Good whisky, great cheese, and an interactive night of tasting and discovery.

Joining us is Michael, from Franc About Wine, as we head to Mornington for a beautifully expressive evening of food and wine.

We’ll be pouring six standout wines from Ten minutes by Tractor, each paired with a four-course menu designed to showcase the elegance, structure, and depth of this iconic cool-climate region.

🍷 Fun fact: The name Ten Minutes by Tractor comes from the original family vineyards on the Mornington Peninsula — three sites that are close enough to travel between by tractor in about ten minutes, each with its own distinct soil and microclimate, shaping the character of the wines today.

It’s a night that’s refined but relaxed, full of character, conversation, and outstanding wines.
